Some cruel person dumped 28 guinea pigs of all kinds, sizes and ages (many pregnant). Several of them need immediate medical attention which they are receiving. They were just left in boxes! They could have all died. They have all been rescued by the Haven's Cavy house. Our cavy rescue site is loaded and now needs many extra cages to make the situation livable for these aniamals as they recover, find foster sites and adoptive homes.
Many of the females are pregnant, and at least five are almost ready to give birth. We need help to manage this overload. Can you help us help these piggies?

Do you have a NIC cube enclosure you no longer need? Care fresh or good guinea pig food? Snuggle Safes? Hay? We need everything. Even large double wide hutches will work fine given the emergency of the situation. We need to set up maternity wards, supplies are in demand now. Can you foster? if so, let us know.

This is a true emergency and help is needed. Any supplies that you can donate will be greatly appreciated. Can you help? Please call Heather at (831) 239-7119 or email director@therabbithaven.org. Please contact us today help is needed now.
