Urgent: Magic the rabbit has been placed on the euthanasia list at a shelter we work with. She has been granted a temporary stay of execution, but needs to get out fast. The Haven will be taking care of her spay soon.

We got a call from a volunteer today who was at the shelter and was told that due to space and that this bunny will be euthanized. We learned that the shelter she is at has an abundance of New Zealand's. Her death was to occur Friday at noon but a temporary stay was granted as we are working on her rescue. Unfortunately, we only have VERY little time to save her. Magic is a big, gorgeous New Zealand rabbit. She's a bit on the shy side but likes volunteers, being held and attention from people. Can you please help this sweet girl find a permanent home? We need to get her out of harms way. This rabbit is a large bunny and playful - she needs lots of space, and lots of fun toys to play with. What a dramatic face and her expression says it all, no wonder they call her magic!
