HI there! I am a sweetheart and I am all ready to find a new home. I am a lovable guy who uses a litter box, food water dishes and I have my own hay basket! I love hay so the basket is always full. I enjoy play time and x pen living. I get to play on the couch with my foster mom too. I also have a cardboard play house. I just learned about toys and they are fascinating. Willow balls, jingle toys, mazes- Wow! I also love to romp and sometimes just be totally relaxed. I am even tempered, and nothing upsets me. I have so much fun snuggling in fleece. I’m little blue eyed Melinda. I am about 4 months old, sweet, friendly, and small. I weigh about 2.5 pounds. I came in with my brother Felix, and guess what, he looks just like me. I can be spayed when I am 6 months old and that will be in September 2013. I wanted you to know that I eat both alfalfa hay and pellets and I use a litter box! I appreciate toys and love. Will you love me?

I have a rather sad story. I lived somewhere I can barely remember. I was not wanted. I was left on a street corner, in a carrier, and luckily was found and brought into the shelter. Since then, I’ve lived at the shelter and at least I have food and water. But now I need to leave the shelter because they are very full and have no room for me. I so want to find a good loving home to grow up in. It just doesn’t seem right to grow up here in the shelter. So please consider adopting me or foster me. I need someone to love me!

I am Camille and I do believe for a medium sized bunny. I have very lovely markings, which makes me a stunning bunny. I am the friendliest bunny of all in my care system. Mandy is such a loving bunny. She came into the shelter with a slight head tilt. We think it is adorable, and it does not seem to cause her any problem. Just to be safe, we had her tested for everything imaginable and she is just fine! No EC, no ear infection, She just has a slight tilt to her head. She is a sweet, clean, little girl who is very small. she will be spayed in June. Dr Harvey is her doctor.

Kashi was born in January, 2013. He will be neutered on June 12th and will be available for adoption after that! He is soft, gentle, and learning all about the wonders of sweet home life and awesome food. He loves hays and greens, fresh water and adult formulae pellets. He is the perfect weight and simply charming.

He just lost his family due to a forced relocation so he is a bit upset about this. He once shared his life with a family, then, due to forces beyond their control, they had to give him up. I am a sable point beauty looking for a sweet home of my own. I like people, lounging about (as you can see). I use a litter box (or two). I can free roam and I also like an enclosure with soft sheet under my feet. But of course, I love my foster Dad’s bed with soft comforter the best!

My foster dad loves me. I can tell because he lets me play on his bed and sit with him on the couch and he gives me snuggles and pets. This is the kind of person I want to adopt me. He is special. He has been taking care of me for several weeks since I was rescued from a shelter. Whew, that was a close call. I got out just in time.

But my foster Dad told me that I get to have my very own forever home, not only a foster home. It sounds really good. He says I will like it even better than here. (that is terrific)! So I am looking forward to meeting you and having my very own family. I guess I should tell you what I eat. I need lots of hays, greens and limited pellets. Hi, I am Chance, a friendly and sweet dutch mix bunny boy. I was rescued from a shelter by my friends from The Haven. I had a huge abscess on my forehead that the people at the shelter couldn't treat, so my foster family took me in. My vet and my foster family were able to cure me, and now I am ready for a home of my own! I enjoy cuddles and playing with you on the floor. I am small, a little over four pounds, and I am neutered. Hello everyone, I am Cooper, a gorgeous, Dutch mix boy. I love snuggles, and my alfalfa hay and to be in my foster home with nice humans along with my two siblings, Dexter and Parker. We feel so happy to be safe now. We were recued from a park in Sunnyvale. It was super scary out there and we lost our mom. Hi I am a lion head girl. I am an adult bunny, spayed and pretty small at 3.5 pounds. I love affection, great food and lots of room to play. This little space is my sitting room, not where I live. I live in an x pen with nice sheets for my floor. I use a food and water dish too. I love to play and I have fun anywhere in the house. It makes me feel so happy to know that I will be a part of a family soon! I want my own family so much.

I am super clean, I use a nice litter box, and eat wonderful hay and greens. I am healthy and will be oh-so-happy when I find a loving home. I love my toys, snuggling and being brushed. Any attention is just great. I am a delicate little girl, so best for families with older children and lots of room where I can have fun and do my bunny dances. I am not too keen on barking dogs and I like a quieter environment. I love music though.

Oreo is a sweet, black and white Holland lop boy bunny. He has a very calm and mellow temperament. He is good with older children and adults and he likes to have a lot of play time in his cage with Lilac, his companion. Oreo loves petting sessions with his humans.

Oreo’s favorite food is parsley. He enjoys most other greens too. His favorite brand of pellets is the Oxbow Adult Rabbit food. He likes to share his food in the same bowl with Lilac. Oreo and Lilac drink from a water bowl. They have both (bottle and bowl available in their cage every day so they can choose. Between the two of them they eat a lot of hay as well. They prefer to have their hay in their litter box to cushion their feet . they have fresh hay provided in a basket close by for for munching. Hay is their primary food.

Lilac is a little girl. When met Oreo was he was about one. He liked her right away. Lilac is quite a timid little bunny and Oreo was comfortable with her right away. Lilac grooms Oreo all the time - she is a very attentive partner. Lilac really likes her pellets, so be careful that she doesn't over indulge. She also loves her greens as well though. She loves to chew on willow baskets, balls, and wooden rabbit toys. Both rabbits are not destructive to household furniture. They also don't venture very far from our living room where they live in an enclosure. They have a soft quilt down on the wood floor and they both do big high binkies - they love their space and to be a part of the family.

We are sisters! Hawkeye says: I'm a beautiful red Dutch female that was literally snatched from the talons of death as part of the Moreland rescue. You can ask the volunteers about my harrowing escape. I am just fine now though. Whew!!! I love alfalfa, lots of attention, and playing with my sister Hermione. I am no longer afraid and love attention. I play with toys and love my play time where I can romp and play.

Hermione says: I'm a also a lovely red Dutch female bunny I look a lot like my sister, Hawkeye. I'm named after the super smart girl in the Harry Potter books. I was so very smart to keep safe until I could get rescued by the Haven volunteers. I am a good bunny girl. I love my sister Hawkeye. We need to think about changing hawkeye’s name soon – She is often called Heleana as she is just too pretty to be a “hawkeye”/

Bella and George are a loving, calm young bunny pair. Always wanted a pair of bunnies? This is one very special pair. The sweet lop girl, Bella, and her adoring companion George, are a joy to be around. They are snuggly, friendly, and active companions. They will be happy in an active or a more quiet home setting. They are not at all skittish and seem to like a variety of people. They live indoors in a large x pen with a fresh cotton sheet as their flooring. They use a litter box with paper based litter, have a large hay basket and food water dishes (plus toys). They reside in the living room. They are clean, use their litter box very well, eat veggies on a plate and enjoy hay salads (a mix of orchard grass, timothy and some oat). They have 2 cups of fresh leafy greens every day. Their favorite greens are romaine, dandelion, leafy lettuce, parsley and carrot tops. They play with a variety of toys, enjoy handling, and bunny exploring. Hi there, I am Jill. My brother Jack and I came into a shelter without our mother. We do not know where she is but we hope she is not worried about us. We think of her often. We were rescued by Rabbit Haven. Here, they have been so nice to us. They take such good care of us. We are always well fed, clean and have plenty of toys and love. We live in 4 X 4 enclosure and have clean soft fleece as out floors. We also have plenty of run time outside in the hallway to play. We love alfalfa hay and baby pellets. Most of all we like love. Hi I am Joey. I was once called Rose, however that name was changed. I am the bunny with Gold darker markings and Lacey is my brother and my best friend. He is white with gray-brown markings and brown ears. We are brothers and we get along great!

We are 13 months old. We are both kind of smaller and easy to be with. We both love greens and we love to play with the cat that we live with now. We have lots of playtime and our house is inside an x pen too. We hop around the living room and kitchen. We love to play. We are very well litter box trained and super friendly. Hello I am Ashana, born January 8, 2013. I am a young bunny I still eat baby pellets, alfalfa hay with some Timmy hay too plus greens. I live inside in an x pen with my sisters right now. We talked and we decided it is ok if we go as pairs or if we go to individual homes –Most important is that we have lots of love from our new families.

I can hardly wait to meet you. I admit I am a bit shy, but once I get settled in I will be just fine! Right now I have sheets for my flooring and I use a litter box with paper based litter. I eat and drink from crockery dishes and have my own hay basket. We all love toys especially me- wicker balls and toys I can rattle or toss about! Hi everyone, I am a darling bunny, the calmest of all of my sisters. I came here all the way from Solano County. Guess what, my mom is a Dutch and she in gray and white. Bonnie is a special girl who was abandoned and badly injured. She was in terrible pain. Happily The Rabbit Haven was able to rescue her and provided the much needed medical support she required. Bonnie needed help to have a special eye surgery. She had her eye removed as it was too injured to save. She has now completely healed and she is ready for her own forever home. She wants a family who will accept her as the beautiful girl she is. Bonnie cannot see on one side of her body. She really can get around just fine though. Seh is completed adjusted to the loss of one eye. Bonnie is so sweet and the most beautiful chinchilla gray color fur. She is an angel. She lives in an X-pen with soft sheets for her floor. She uses food and water crockery dishes and a hay basket, and is very good with her litter box. She loves pets and being with her family. She listens very well and loves fresh leafy greens and parsley and lots of toys she can toss or chew like Busy Bunny Wicker balls.

Hi, Kendra is the pretty fuzzy lop girl and I am Xavier, the handsome, little, dashing, white dwarf boy. We are good friends and in love.

We hope there is an extraordinary family out there who we are specially made for. We like to explore little hideaway boxes and hopping up and down ramps. We enjoy munching on orchard grass and oat hay. Oh, greens! We love them. All kinds of them and plenty of them please. We particularly like to rest on soft things like fleece and soft blankets. Hi. I’m Dante. It’s nice to meet you. I’m a two-year-old Dutch mix and have a rather striking appearance, don’t you think? Light brown body, dark brown head and in the middle of it all, a white nose! One might say I am “devilishly” handsome. I had a best friend but he died suddenly. I was sad and lonely for a while…but now I want a new start, a new life. Perhaps I could be your best bunny friend or a companion for your rabbit? I am a little shy so my ideal person is patient and loving. I am confident that once I get into my permanent home and feel the love, I will relax and give the love right back. As my namesake so eloquently stated, “From a little spark may burst a flame.” At Andy’s Pet Shop, I have a 4’x4’ pen all to myself with a hidey house for privacy. I receive ¼ cup of timothy pellets each day and all of the hay I can eat: timothy, orchard grass, botanical and oat. Yum! I also receive fresh greens (carrot tops, Italian parsley, cilantro, dandelion greens) daily. Occasionally, I get a small piece of apple, banana or strawberry as a treat. Oh, I am nuetered. Owen is a neutered small Hotot bunny with silky, snow white fur and a twinkle in his eye. He has a few black spots on his silky white back that remind us of a map of the Hawaiian Islands.

He's used to living in a 6-foot by 6-foot x-pen with a layer of blanket, a sheet, and a few towels on the floor. He loves his fuzzy pads and likes to fold and "dig" into his towels. He gives cute "downward-facing bunny" stretches, especially when he first wakes up. He loves having things made of willow and timothy hay around, including a willow-branch tunnel and a mat made of timothy hay, which he of course chews up, like any good bunny would! He also has a box so he can play in there if he wants to. He uses a litter box that's lined with newspaper and timothy hay. (He loves to chew on timothy hay!)

Owen's favorite food is romaine lettuce--both the big romaine leaves and (most especially) baby romaine. He does not like kale. He also loves Italian parsley, cilantro and carrot tops. For snacks, he enjoys a bit green grapes or apple or carrot. And of course he enjoys having a small dish of rabbit pellets to munch on. He drinks water from a crock.

When he's happy and excited, Owen will race around his pen and do his charming binky dance. Sometimes his binkying even reminds us of a snowboarder, the way he flips up and around! When he's happy and relaxed, Owen charms us by flopping, lying down on his side and relaxing. He loves to have company nearby, so when his family is around, he's even more inclined to flop (and nap). Owen also likes to play, both with his family and with his toys. Some of his current favorite toys are a paper towel roll with hay, wooden (and even sometimes plastic) rolling toys, and his timothy mat. And of course he always wants to have a willow ball around to chew on.

At bedtime, we sing to Owen. His favorite songs so far are "Edelweiss" (from The Sound of Music), "Oh What a Beautiful Mornin'" (from Oklahoma!), and a wistful tune called "I'm Going to Go Back There Someday" (from The Muppet Movie). Sometimes we change the words to suit our little snow bunny, singing things like "Bless our bunny forever" and "Owen’s a beautiful bunny / Owen's a beautiful boy." He is a beautiful boy. We hope he will find a forever home where he can spend plenty of quality time with a family who will cuddle with him and play with him and give him plenty of his favorite foods... and who might even sing to him.

Contemplative Kazu is a calm & quiet bunny. He would rather cuddle and snuggle than run and explore. Kazu is very relaxed and calm. As you can see he is part lop part not. He is so soft and loving. He lives in a pen with a soft sheet, litter box, toys, hay basket, and food and water crocks. He eats timothy and orchard grass hay, lovely greens too- His favorite food is spring mix or romaine! He also eats limited pellets. The adult formulae. He is box trained using a larger litter pan and a paper based litter.

Kazu will play with balls, and will snuggle a stuffed bunny. He shows lots of curiosity about his surroundings, and will rub his chin on new objects. He loves to play and run around, and will spend a half hour playing and exploring, then chills out the rest of the time. His foster family has a dog and cats - they don't bother him at all! Lisette is a loving and active bunny whgo enjoys lots of activity & the mental stimulation.

She is 7.5 pounds and a big bundle of love. Lisette doesn’t like a cage at all … always trys to get out. She prefers the open x pen in the kitchen. When she’s in the kitchen, she’s pretty mellow. It’s the living room she enjoys the most. When she’s let out, first she has to explore every nook & cranny, to see what’s new. She then checks out the doors to the forbidden bedrooms, to see if her foster mom accidentally left them open. Along the way, she often stops to pick up some cardboard & newspaper. Then she likes to hang out under a chair, coffee table or piano bench that’s near her foster mom. Then there will be long grooming session. It’s fun to watch her get all spiffed up. Then it’s time for exercise … zoom, zoom, zoom, around & around the living room, dodging all the furniture. Then it’s time to hang out again, & repeat all the activities. It’s such a delight to watch this progression of activities throughout the evening. She has her “to do” list written out & executes it.

Sometimes, she’ll jump into her foster mom’s lap. That is so wonderful. Then she thoroughly enjoys being petted. Lisette likes being held for a bit, but she much prefers to be petted on the ground. If you startle her, she might step away about two feet, but if you approach her slowly, you can pet her forever. She’ll lower her head, close her eyes & give teeth purrs.

Lisette has excellent litter box skills. That’s why she can be in the living room.

Hi there! Our names are Blossom (girl), Cloud (girl) and Snow (boy). We are dwarf rabbits with lovely, soft white fur and the prettiest ruby pink eyes. And yes, you can definitely tell us apart!

We are very sweet rabbits. Despite our small size, we love to eat plenty of hay and fresh greens like carrot tops and Italian parsley. Occasionally, we also like small slices of banana or apple as a treat.

Although we may seem shy at first, we warm up quickly and like gentle petting. We would prefer a home with adults or older children because we do not tolerate being squeezed. Our small bodies are fragile. We have a 4'x4' pen and that suits us well although we are curious creatures and like to be let out to stretch our short legs and explore new space. Hi, I am Merida. I was unceremoniously dumped at a shelter. I did not like that especially because I was pregnant. I had my babies right there in the shelter! Fortunately for me a kind Haven volunteer happened to be working at the shelter caring for all of us that day. She saw my predicament and gathered me and my three babies up and whisked us away to a very nice soft place at her home. I was so surprised and happy. I have been able to take good care of my babies as I get looks of the right food and really good care here. In September I will be ready to look for my forever home. Hi my name is Stevie, a beautiful silver martin boy, looking for a Very special home I am a delightful, sweet bunny. I am loving, happy and I love my humans. And my willow balls, and most any toy I can chew on. That is so much fun. I keep Lisa at busy bunny in business with all my willow balls. I am a bit unusual- I have a difference shape than most other rabbits that I have seen. My back legs go out to the sides; they do not go under me like other bunnies. I do not binky either. I sort of bounce a bit to show my happiness. I have a great time bopping about my pen and I live on soft pads. I can really move. I use my back legs to push me where I want to go, I use a regular food and water dish even a regular hay rack set low so I can reach it. Like many other rabbits, I'd like the companionship of another bunny -a very nice bunny please.

My litter box is a large flat low edged box which is about 16" X 14" - I can get into this litter box very easily. I sort of maneuver to fit in there and my foster mom says I do better than some of the other rabbits! I am so smart. Right now I appreciate a light bath each day which keeps me clean and happy. I get to use the bathtub. I know most other rabbits do not get this - but I do. We are trying to figure out how to keep me completely dry. It is hard for me to get up high enough when I use my box so that I do get a bit wet- But that is what pee pads are for (so I hear). I don't mind the pads, they are soft. I also have a gray flannel like sheet that goes underneath the pads which makes it even easier for me to be totally mobile. I am pretty young and I have always been exactly like I am now. The vet says that it does make for some "challenges" but we are working on this. In the meanwhile, I really don't see why my body shape should prevent me from getting a family - I am just different. Hi Everyone. I am a special, joy filled bunny with a need to have a super loving home of my own. It will be ok if Mathias is with me but I long for human to play with too. Elizabeth is a one year old female rabbit -spayed. She was rescued from a shelter recently and is seeking a rabbit savvy home with people who will understand her and give her room to heal emotionally - She is good with litter box and loved to eat -she is worried you will take away her food. In addition to being whitely gorgeous, Daikon is a clever, energetic and affectionate boy. He loves to run and dance (binky). Slippery material has a fascination for him, he very much enjoys digging and pushing on a nylon sleeping bag. He also plays with a set of measuring spoons in a musical fashion. He gets an A+ in Litter Box, where his habits in that area verge on fastidious. As a younger New Zealand White rabbit he'd like to remind people that rabbits can live to be 12 and that is a lot of years companionship from a wonderful bunny!

Nibbie was rescued from Santee Alley in Los Angeles. She was so small that she fit in the palm of a hand. The vendor told the rescue family that she was a Dwarf bunny and would not grow much more that her current size. Lies as always from Santee Ally. She really is a Dutch mix bunny & very beautiful - Nibbie has a distinct personality and makes a wonderful companion. She is very interactive and loving and gets along with cats. Nibbie lives INSIDE. She is not afraid of anything. She will not be a good match for a family with very small kids under 8 years old unless they are very rabbit savvy. Nibble is independent and does not like to be held for long periods of time. She loves being stroked and petted on her head, her ears and down her back. Nibbie loves to be roaming the room with the cats and following her grown-ups from room to room, because she wants to be where you are. She loves running and jumping about. Nibbie and the cats will groom each other; She will eventually lounge on her mat in the living room, with her toys. She likes to toss and re-arrange the toys in her cage. She is allowed to roam freely twice a day for 1 hour each time. Oh, she loves to chew - so needs plenty of willow toys.
