Here is a special idea for Easter... Make an Easter basket for a bunny - Use a nice bunny safe basket and they can play with that too or use it to keep toys in later. It is not too late! Bunnies think Easter is a whole week long starting Saturday April 7 for seven whole days!

Fill your bunny Easter basket with all that anybunny would love! Toys, hay, special things to chew and play with - then, give it to some bunny special - If you are lucky enough to have a rabbit, give them their basket filled with special bunny toys and fresh carrot tops. If you do not have a bunny (how sad), take your basket to your nearest RABBIT RESCUE or SHELTER to share with the bunnies waiting there. Check out our site for locations nearest you!

Ideas for Easter baskets

Willow toys, (Busy Bunny or For Other Living Things), rolls filled with hay (funny bunny toy company), sweet willow baskets for treats and stuff. They can also nibble on apple sticks, a colorful barrel toy or a wire ball throw toy. Load the bottom of your basket with lovely orchard grass hay available at better stores & presto, a magnificent easter bunny basket. These are also a great gift to give your friend who have a rabbit or two.

Other ways to celebrate (for human shoppers) and help rabbits at the same time: Purchase a "Hop To Shop" ticket and give it to someone as an Easter gift. It is coming up in May, at Macy's. Contact Heather at director@therabbithaven.org for tickets.
