Myxomatosis alert! - Six house rabbits dead in Northern California this month
Dr Hilary Stern of Animal Hospital of Soquel sent a warning out August 28th re outbreak of Myxomatosis. She reports that she has had six rabbits die of Myxomatosis this month. “she states “This is the worst outbreak I have seen, and we are just at the beginning of the season. None of the rabbits that have died have been outdoor rabbits.

If we are selected, we will be able to use the proceeds to fund additional enrichment items for our foster care packages!
International homeless animal weekend
Thank you to all who made international homeless animal weekend special!
We took in over 120 calls and referred these people to adoptions, low post spay neuter and veterinarian all over the Bay Area.

Twenty-eight years since its inception, International Homeless Animals' Day continues to grow, helping pave the way to bring pet overpopulation to public attention.
